Returns

  • What is your return policy?
    • We offer a 30 day return policy. If for some reason you did not love your OGPATCH product, we are here to help! Please email us at EMAIL with your order number and reason for return and our team will get back to you to start the process. You will receive a prepaid shipping label for returns. Returns will be refunded the purchase price (minus original shipping).

 

  • Can I do an exchange?
    • While we do not have a direct exchange program, we are always here to help get you a product you'll love! We can help you return any product within 30 days of purchase. Email us at EMAIL for all exchange inquiries. 

 

  • Where is my refund?
    • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
